All our clothing is designed in Cumming, Georgia, and made by our Cut & Sew manufacturers in the United States as well as China.

Our products are made from a special blend of Rayon and Spandex and have been weighted specifically to keep you cool and comfortable.

Most prints are custom and created in-house by our team of designers and are exclusive to O'Caiden.

Please note that you cannot cancel an order after it has been placed as they are processed immediately as our systems are designed to get your orders on the way as quickly as possible.

We are unable to make changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before checking out.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact support@ocaiden.com and we will do our best to make the change.

Absolutely! E-gift cards are available for purchase on our website and are a great option for a last-minute gift or when you are not sure what color or design to send to a loved one or friend. E-gift cards are sent electronically and emailed directly to the purchaser, or you can designate to who you want to send the gift card via email. You are also able to send a product as a gift. We do not offer price matching on prior purchases or special prices and discounts that we may offer at in person pop up shops.

Promo codes can be applied at checkout by entering the code in the “gift card or promo code" field.

To keep your O’Caiden items looking their best and ensure the color and quality of fabric for long-term use, we recommend the following care instructions:

Machine wash cold with like colors, lay flat, or hang dry. Use a warm iron or steamer to smooth out wrinkles if needed.

Please note that rayon is a delicate fabric: so should be washed separately from items that may be damaging, like towels, hardware, or velcro.

For long-term storage, place O’Caiden clothing items in an airtight container.
